1. Submit your announcements to our local events calendar where it will be posted on our website and in our studios for our on air personalities to talk about in rotation with other community events.  These announcements can be emailed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to kent@wcfx.com.

2. Submit your pre-recorded event & information announcements in .mp3 form for consideration in our public service rotation.  These can be emailed to kent@wcfx.com.

3. Submit your organization information for consideration for the WCFX Staff Meeting program, our local, public affairs program airing on Sunday mornings.  To be considered, please send your contact information, pertinent organization information & topics indeas for our 30-minute program.  Ideas can be submitted to kent@wcfx.com.

*Thru TFN- Central Michigan District Health Department (CMDHD) has issued a public health emergency order to limit the size of                social gatherings or events within Union Township and the City of Mt. Pleasant. No more than 25 people may gather at outdoor events.  Indoor gatherings remain limited to 10 or fewer people not of the same household

*Thru TFN -FEMA approved Michigan for a FEMA grant under the Lost Wages Assistance program. *Thru TFN - Isabella County Government and Trial Court will remain in Phase Two and closed to the general public until further     notice. Most County services are still available by appointment. The public is encouraged to access County services via email, the                 County’s website at www.isabellacounty.org, or by phone. A complete listing of County Office phone numbers is available on               the website. Please call before coming to a County facility.

*Thru September 24  The application period to request an absent voter ballot for the Nov. 3 general election is open - All registered voters can apply for an absent voter ballot by filling out an online form at Michigan.gov/Vote and providing information      including their driver’s license or state ID card number and the last four digits of their Social Security number.  Voters may            print out an application form from the site and send it, or a written, signed request for a ballot, to their clerk. They can mail their   request, email a scan or photo of it or deliver it in person. Voters can find their clerk’s contact information at Michigan.gov/Vote.           Clerks will begin mailing out regular absent voter ballots on Sept. 24. They will be available for early, in-person voting in                 clerks’ offices on that date as well.

*Thru September 27- Michigan Trails Week. Anyone interested in exploring new trails, visiting old favorites or joining the Trails      Week Challenge to collectively run, hike, ride or paddle 100,000 miles is encouraged to visit Michigan.gov/TrailsWeek.

*Thru September 30- The U.S. Small Business Association has extended the deadline for businesses of all sizes, private nonprofit    organizations, homeowners and renters to apply for a physical disaster loan to Sept. 30, 2020. Anyone in the declared Michigan    counties with physical damages due to the severe storms and flooding on May 16-22, 2020 should apply for an SBA low-interest               disaster loan.

*Thru September  30- The Michigan Department of State reminds drivers that the driver’s license, state ID and vehicle renewal extension        will expire September 30 - Those with driver’s license, state ID or vehicle registration expirations between March 1 and Sept.        30 have until Sept. 30 to complete their renewals. *Thru October 29:  MSU Extension "Online safe home preserving techniques" and valuable resources to ensure the safety of your home                 preserved food.
